Why the flared shape matters
A straight cylinder treats every punch the same way. An uppercut needs a wider target up top to stand in for an opponent's chin. The 50 cm top section gives that surface: the punch travels the real trajectory, rising and turning inwards with the hips. The 35 cm base stays a precise body target.

What is the difference with a cylindrical bag?
The flare: 50 cm at the top, 35 cm at the base. That taper makes uppercuts and short hooks work. On a cylinder those punches tend to slide up the surface instead of landing flat.
Can I order the bag already filled?
Yes. It ships empty by default; select the Filled option and we pack and balance it by hand before dispatch.
What is the delivery time on a punching bag?
Around two weeks for an empty bag. Six to eight weeks for a filled one, since it is prepared, packed and balanced by hand to order.
What do you fill a punching bag with?
Cut textile and rags packed down tight for the body of the bag, with a little sand or granulate in sealed bags at the base if you want more weight. Never loose sand: it settles and hardens.
Are the straps really silent?
Yes. No chains, no metallic rattle. The only sound is gloves on leather.
What weight of punching bag should I choose?
For English boxing, 30 to 50 kg is the reference range; for kickboxing and Muay Thai, where kicks come in, 50 to 70 kg. To start out, or to work mainly on speed, 20 to 30 kg is enough.
