Six silent straps: what that changes
No time restrictions — you can train without worrying about the noise carrying, which matters in a flat or a shared building. The straps are also adjustable, so you set the hanging height to your own reach rather than to the ceiling anchor.
Why the flared shape matters
A straight cylinder treats every punch the same way. An uppercut needs a wider target up top to stand in for an opponent's chin. The 50 cm top section gives that surface: the punch travels the real trajectory, rising and turning inwards with the hips. The 35 cm base stays a precise body target.

What is the difference with the angle bag with anchor ring?

Is this bag really silent?
Leather straps remove the metallic rattle. The only sound left is the impact of gloves on leather.
Do uppercuts need specific gloves?
Standard 12 to 16 oz gloves with wraps are fine.
What weight of punching bag should I choose?
For English boxing, 30 to 50 kg is the reference range; for kickboxing and Muay Thai, where kicks come in, 50 to 70 kg. To start out, or to work mainly on speed, 20 to 30 kg is enough.
