Boxing glove pendants and necklaces: 16 models, from the most discreet to the boldest

The essentials:16 pieces of combat sports jewellery. Five motifs: pair of gloves, single glove, MMA mitt, dog tag and crown. Most come with their chain, two are sold on their own for those who already have one. Free shipping.

A boxing glove at the neck is a way of saying where you come from without having to tell the story. Whether you are after a discreet piece to wear daily under a shirt, a piece of jewellery visible across a gym, or a gift for someone who trains, this collection covers every use — and we say plainly, on every product page, what each model cannot do.

🥊 Five motifs, five intentions

The pair of gloves. The motif everyone recognises: two gloves tied to the same ring, as if hung on a changing room wall. The pair of gloves pendant in three finishes, the glove necklace in mirror-polished stainless steel, the dollar symbol model in gold, rose gold or silver, and the two stone-set pieces: the 5.2 cm zircon pavé, the largest in the collection, and the stone-set gold plated pendant, sculpted in the round, our most accomplished piece.

The single glove. More compact, more understated. The clean-lined glove, the smallest and most discreet, in three finishes. The rose gold glove in stainless steel, with laces sculpted in the round. The patinated bronze glove, the only model on a braided cord. And the enamelled glove in American colours, in Rocky Balboa style, the only one in colour.

The MMA mitt. Free fingers, a shell over the knuckles: the equipment specific to mixed martial arts, where you have to grip as much as strike. The MMA glove pendant is sculpted on both faces and comes in four shades; the blackened steel mitt plays on worked relief and a choice of length.

The tag and the crown. Two formats outside the glove motif. The dog tag, taken from the military, with gloves in relief on a grained ground. And the King crown pendant, which represents not the equipment but what you come to the ring for.

The pieces with a message. The engraved medallion and its never never give up motto, with two gloves touching — the salute exchanged before the first round. The women's pendant, a pink crystal heart and the word Fight. And the Esprit Boxe necklace, in 316L surgical steel, carrying the house logo and motto.

💎 Materials, and what they change

This is the most decisive criterion for how long a piece lasts, and the one least discussed.

Stainless steel does not rust, tolerates sweat and water, and does not blacken the way solid silver does. It is the metal for jewellery you never take off. 316L surgical steel, used on our own-brand necklace, goes further still: it is the grade used for medical instruments and piercings, suited to sensitive skin.

Platings — gold, rose gold, silver — are layers deposited on the surface: the look is that of the precious metal, but the layer wears at friction points. Zinc alloy reproduces the fine detail of a mould, which allows very precise sculpted laces, but stays softer than steel.

Worth knowing: none of our stones is a natural diamond. They are zircons and synthetic crystals, and we say so on every page concerned. A pavé of several hundred diamonds on a 5 cm piece would run into tens of thousands — which is exactly what makes this level of setting accessible.

📏 Chain included, or pendant alone?

This is the question that causes the most disappointment on delivery, so let us be clear. Most of our models are delivered complete, with a chain matched to the chosen finish. Two are sold on their own: the stone-set gold plated pendant and the rose gold glove. The bronze glove comes with its braided cord.

Sold alone is not a fault: if you already wear a chain you like, you avoid paying for a second one that ends up in a drawer. The stone-set pendant even has an opening bail with a clasp, which clips onto your own necklace without detaching it.

Lengths. The best-represented length is 60 cm (about 24 in), a long fit where the pendant falls at the top of the sternum and stays visible over a t-shirt. Three models offer a choice: the Esprit Boxe necklace in six lengths from 35 to 60 cm, the crown pendant in five lengths, and the bronze glove adjustable freely from 45 to 90 cm by sliding knots.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Is the chain included?

On most models, yes: the necklace is delivered complete, with a chain matched to the chosen finish. Two models are sold on their own, the stone-set gold plated pendant and the rose gold glove, for those who already own a chain. The information is stated clearly at the top of each product page.

Are the stones real diamonds?

No, they are zircons or synthetic crystals, and we say so plainly on every page. A pavé of several hundred natural diamonds on a 5 cm pendant would run into tens of thousands. The setting itself is real: each stone sits in its own collet.

Which piece suits daily wear?

Go for stainless steel, which does not rust, tolerates sweat and does not blacken like solid silver. On size, a compact model around 2.5 cm sits under a collar and catches on nothing. Our clean-lined glove and our 316L Esprit Boxe necklace both meet those criteria.

Can these be worn in training?

We advise against it, whatever the material. A hanging necklace can catch in a glove or on an opponent, and a torn chain cannot always be repaired. Sweat also speeds up wear on surface finishes. Take the piece off before the session and put it back on after the shower.

What is the difference between a boxing glove and an MMA mitt?

A boxing glove is closed and padded: in boxing you only strike. An MMA mitt leaves the fingers free because the rules allow wrestling and submissions: you have to be able to grip and control. Our pendants reproduce both shapes faithfully, and a practitioner spots the difference immediately.

What chain length should I choose as a gift?

If in doubt, 50 cm suits most people: the pendant rests below the collarbone. 60 cm gives a longer fit, visible over a t-shirt. To take no risk at all, choose an adjustable model such as the engraved medallion or the bronze glove, which the recipient sets themselves.

Do these suit sensitive skin?

The 316L surgical steel of our own-brand necklace is the reference here, with very low nickel release. The bronze glove on a braided cord also works, since no metal touches the neck. If you have reacted to costume jewellery before, wear it for a few hours before keeping it on continuously.

How do I look after a plated pendant?

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it in a closed pouch rather than in the open. Put jewellery on last, once perfume is dry, and take it off before showering. Never use an ultrasonic bath or silver dip: they attack platings and can loosen stones.
