The whole back is painted in black and white, and only two elements keep their colour: the gloves, bright red, hanging at the end of the arms. That is what holds the composition together on a screen six centimetres / two and a half inches wide.
What the painting shows
The champion stands, legs apart, chest square on, head turned down towards the bottom of the frame. His trunks waistband carries the EVERLAST marking. At the foot of the image his opponent lies on his back in the ring corner, the ropes closing the scene behind him. No name, no title and no lettering appear on the case.

Is there a name or any lettering on the case?
No name and no title: the stance is enough to place the scene. The only marking visible is EVERLAST on the trunks waistband, which is part of the original image.
