Why a holder on the panel changes the session
The app runs on your phone, and the phone is what you keep picking up between sets. With the holder retracting out of the panel the screen sits at eye level, on the wall, out of the striking area: you read your numbers mid-round instead of looking for the handset on the floor. It folds back in when you are done.
Music and the light sensor
With its HD speaker and its light sensor, the machine lets you punch to the music you choose, or follow the tempo it generates at random by hitting the pads as they light. Over regular use, reflexes and hand-eye coordination both move.

How do you switch the machine on and off?
Hold the red SET button for 3 seconds.
How do you play music from your phone through it?
Switch the machine to music mode by pressing the red SET button 2 or 3 times, turn on Bluetooth and connect to the machine (GW_1), then start your music from YouTube, Spotify or anywhere else.
How do you track sessions, combinations and power?
Scan the QR code on the back of the packaging to install the app, open it, connect to the machine under the device tab (WLT_888), then tap Start training and choose your mode.
What are its dimensions and weight?

Does mounting it need drilling?
