Setting up takes seconds: fix the machine to the wall with the hook-and-loop strips supplied, then plug it into a socket or a USB port nearby. Download the JIRAN app, turn on Bluetooth and connect to the machine's network (Jiran or JiRan Boxing L1). Create your account, then start a pre-recorded track synced to the targets, or a training programme (easy, medium, hard) while playing your own playlist.
