The essentials: Muay Thai is called the art of eight limbs — you strike with fists, elbows, knees and shins, where boxing uses only two. The artwork shows its most emblematic technique: the flying knee. Printed front, back and on the sleeve. Premium cotton 180 gsm, heat transfer print. 4 colourways, 7 sizes S to 4XL, €29, free shipping.
Four striking surfaces instead of two. That is what changes everything against boxing.
The art of eight limbs
Muay Thai, or Thai boxing, allows eight points of contact: two fists, two elbows, two knees and two shins. Hence the name.
Three things separate it clearly from boxing:
- The round kick lands with the shin, not the foot — a hard surface, conditioned through training
- Close work is legal: you grip the opponent's neck to land knees, which is the clinch
- Elbows are legal, spinning ones included
It is also the national sport of Thailand, practised professionally in dedicated stadiums. Its technical base is one of the three that make up modern MMA, alongside wrestling and jiu-jitsu.
What it looks like on
Front — MUAY THAI in very large textured capitals, with THAILAND FIGHTER beneath and a red wolf-head medallion top right.
At the centre, a grey silhouette mid flying knee: feet off the floor, knee cocked high, arms balancing. Ink splatters around it carry the movement on.
On the sleeve — the Thai flag, small.
Back — the same MUAY THAI · THAILAND FIGHTER block, with BANGKOK added and Thai script.
A printed label sits at the bottom of the front panel.
Premium cotton, crew neck, short sleeves, straight cut.

Frequently asked questions
Why is Muay Thai called the art of eight limbs?
Because it allows eight points of contact: two fists, two elbows, two knees and two shins. Boxing uses only two.
What is the difference between Muay Thai and kickboxing?
Muay Thai also allows elbows, knees and the clinch — gripping the neck to land knees. Kickboxing is limited to fists and feet.
Do you kick with the foot or the shin?
With the shin. The Muay Thai round kick lands with that hard surface, which conditions gradually through training. Shin guards are essential in sparring.
Is the t-shirt printed on the back?
Yes, and on the sleeve as well: the back carries the MUAY THAI block with BANGKOK added, and the sleeve carries the Thai flag.
Which colourways are available?
Four: black, white, blue and red. Seven sizes per colourway, S to 4XL, all at the same price. Most combat sports tees on the market stop at XXL.
Which size should I take?
Standard European cut: take your usual size. Chest runs from about 96 cm / 38 in on a S to 132 cm / 52 in on a 4XL.
