The essentials: two Olympic titles and more than three hundred amateur bouts before turning professional — then a world title in his third fight, the modern-era record. This tee carries a black and white photographic portrait with his name in two arcs. Premium cotton 180 gsm, heat transfer print. White, 7 sizes S to 4XL, €24, free shipping.
On the arm in the portrait you can make out the Olympic rings. They are not decoration: they are his two gold medals. That is what this tee is saying, before the name written large.
What the tattooed rings are worth
Two Olympic gold medals: Beijing in 2008 at featherweight, London in 2012 at lightweight. Very few boxers have that double, and fewer still went on to dominate the professionals.
As a pro, the Ukrainian has been world champion in three weight divisions, with a first world title in his third fight — nobody had done it that fast in the modern era. His style, built on angles, footing and lateral exits, earned him the nicknames Hi-Tech and The Matrix.
Three hundred fights before his first as a pro
That third-fight record is not luck. Lomachenko arrived among the professionals with more than three hundred amateur bouts behind him, for a single defeat — one he later avenged.
Put another way: the first time he stepped into a professional ring, he had already fought more often than most champions will in an entire career. The portrait on this tee shows a man who never had to learn on the job.
What it looks like on
The portrait is cut out, with no frame and no ground: the photograph sits straight on the white of the tee, and the fabric supplies the light in the image. It is the most stripped-back treatment in the family.
The lettering frames the photograph — VASYL arched above, LOMACHENKO arched below — with a faded texture that leaves gaps inside the solid strokes. Those gaps are printed in from the start: they give the block the look of an old poster rather than a fresh print.
White is the only colourway: the portrait is printed in black and needs a light ground.
Premium cotton, crew neck, short sleeves, straight cut. Plain back.
The detail that matters: the print is applied by heat transfer onto a PET film. That is decisive on a photographic portrait: the image rests on halftones, a screen of dots more or less tightly packed that creates the modelling. The process keeps them separate instead of merging them into blocks, and the print stands up to wear without fading easily in the wash. Care: machine wash at 30 °C / 86 °F inside out, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer, do not iron the print.

Frequently asked questions
How many fights did it take him to become world champion?
His third professional fight. It is the modern-era record, and it comes from an extraordinary amateur career: more than three hundred bouts and two Olympic titles before turning professional.
What are the rings tattooed on his arm?
The Olympic rings. Vasyl Lomachenko won two gold medals: Beijing in 2008 at featherweight, then London in 2012 at lightweight.
Why the nickname Hi-Tech?
It points to the same thing as The Matrix: footwork and lateral exits that make him look as though he slips a shot before it is thrown. Both nicknames follow him. The The Matrix tee carries the other one.
Which colourways and sizes?
White only: the portrait is printed in black and needs a light ground. Seven sizes, S to 4XL. For other colourways, see the Loma tee, offered in nine shades.
Which size should I take?
Standard European cut: take your usual size. Seven sizes, S to 4XL, with the chest running from about 96 cm / 38 in to 132 cm / 52 in.
