Seventeen years old, an Olympic medallist
At the 2004 Athens Games, Amir Khan was 17 and took lightweight silver. He was the only boxer on the British team to qualify for those Games, and the youngest British boxing medallist since 1968.
He turned professional the following year and became WBA super lightweight world champion in 2009, at 22, against Andriy Kotelnik.
