Ten years as world middleweight champion
Christina Hammer held the WBO world middleweight title from 2010 to 2019, with a single break, and added the WBC belt in 2016. She was born in Kazakhstan and grew up in Germany.
On 13 April 2019 she fought Claressa Shields in Atlantic City to unify all four middleweight belts: the first women's fight in which both boxers were unbeaten and reigning world champions.
