The essentials: a free standing punching bag stand in powder-coated reinforced steel, with an integrated 98 cm / 39 in pull-up bar. Takes a bag up to 80 kg / 176 lb, height adjustable from 183 to 232 cm / 6 ft to 7 ft 7 in and a folding frame. Wide 160 cm / 63 in base, ballasted with plates. No drilling. Supplied complete with fasteners and instructions. €349, free standard shipping.
Two pieces of kit in one, on under two square metres / twenty-two square feet of floor. This stand carries a punching bag and a pull-up bar on the same frame: you go from rounds on the bag to sets of pull-ups without changing station. It adjusts in height, folds away after the session, and needs no drilling.
Integrated pull-up bar
The top section forms a 98 cm / 39 in pull-up bar with turned ends, which allows several grips: wide, neutral or close. Buying a stand and a pull-up bar separately costs more and takes twice the space — here everything sits on one frame, and the bar adjusts in height with the mast.
Height adjustable from 183 to 232 cm / 6 ft to 7 ft 7 in
The mast adjusts over 49 cm / 19 in of travel, from 183 cm / 6 ft at its lowest to 232 cm / 7 ft 7 in fully extended. Two practical benefits: the bag height suits everyone, and the pull-up bar sits at the right level for the ceiling available and for your build.
Folding: it disappears after the session
The stand folds to be moved or stored along a wall between sessions — decisive in a living room or a shared garage. Assembly is quick and the stand is supplied complete: frame, fasteners and instructions.
Free standing: no drilling
No fixing to the floor or the wall. No load-bearing wall to find, no ceiling to drill, no landlord to ask: this is the answer for tenants and for every situation where hanging a bag from the structure is not possible.
The base is 160 cm / 63 in wide and 117 cm / 46 in deep, with diagonal members taking the loads, and it has slots for weight plates: ballasting limits sway on heavy strikes and secures the pull-up bar. Plates not supplied.
Powder-coated reinforced steel
The reinforced steel frame carries a powder-coated finish: a paint baked on as a powder, markedly more resistant to scratches and corrosion than a simple lacquer.
It takes a punching bag up to 80 kg / 176 lb, which covers bags of 120 to 150 cm / 47 to 59 in filled.

Fitting and use
- Ballast the base: add weight plates on the slots provided, essential before hanging from the bar.
- Allow the room: count the 160 x 117 cm / 63 x 46 in footprint, plus space to move around the bag.
- Protect the floor: put a mat under the base to avoid marking a wooden floor and to damp vibration.
- Re-check the fasteners after the first sessions, then periodically: vibration loosens joints over time.
- Set the height so the middle of the bag reaches your sternum.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really do pull-ups on it?
Yes, that is what the top section is for: a 98 cm / 39 in bar with turned ends allowing wide, neutral or close grips. Ballast the base with weight plates before hanging from it.
What bag weight does it take?
Up to 80 kg / 176 lb, which covers bags of 120 to 150 cm / 47 to 59 in filled.
Do I have to drill the wall or the ceiling?
No. The stand is free standing, with no fixing to the floor or the wall — the answer for tenants and for buildings where hanging a bag is not allowed.
Does the base need ballast?
For the bag, it limits sway on heavy strikes. For the pull-up bar, it is essential: the base has slots for standard weight plates, not supplied.
Does it fold for storage?
Yes, the frame folds to be moved or stored along a wall between sessions. Assembly is quick and needs no special tools.
How much room does it need?
The footprint is 160 x 117 cm / 63 x 46 in, plus room to move around the bag and to extend the arms under the pull-up bar.
