What anchor point does a 50 kg bag need?
A fixing rated for several times the static weight, because striking multiplies the load: a load-bearing beam, a concrete slab or a stand sized for it. Plasterboard is not suitable.
Is this punching bag suitable for club use?
Yes. The Kalix shell and the 4-strand chain are sized for repeated sessions.
What do you fill a punching bag with?
Cut textile and rags packed down layer by layer for the body of the bag, with sand or granulate in sealed bags at the base if you want more weight. Never loose sand: it settles and hardens.
