Three heights, three ways of training
- 120 cm / 47 in: English boxing and tight spaces.
- 150 cm / 59 in: kickboxing and MMA — the default if you are unsure.
- 180 cm / 71 in: Muay Thai, low kicks, taller builds and club use.
Adjustable silent straps
Leather straps replace chains: no metallic rattle, only the impact of the gloves. They adjust in length, so you set the hanging height to your own reach. Swivel and carabiner included.
Empty or already filled
Shipped empty as standard: the top zip lets you set the weight yourself, and the parcel stays manageable — around two weeks. Or take it filled: packed and balanced by hand before dispatch, ready to hang, six to eight weeks.

Is the gold colour part of the punching bag material?
Yes — the shade runs through the PU leather rather than being applied on top. That is what lets the gold keep its shine on the striking zone as well as everywhere else.
Punching bag empty or filled: which should I choose?
Empty, the bag reaches you in about two weeks and you set the weight yourself — it also keeps the parcel manageable. Filled, it arrives hand-balanced and ready to hang, in six to eight weeks, for €130 to €180 more depending on the height.
What do you fill a punching bag with?
Cut textile and rags packed down layer by layer for the body of the bag, with sand or granulate in sealed bags at the base if you want more weight. Never loose sand: it settles and hardens.
