The word BOXING is written four times, stacked in lines slightly offset from one another. It is a common streetwear typographic device: the repetition creates a vibration, like an image in motion.
In front of those four lines, a skeleton stands with arms spread horizontally — the gesture of a boxer who has just won, or who is calling an opponent on before the exchange.
It partly masks the words on the second and third lines, which creates the depth: the lettering passes behind, the figure in front.
