On a cylinder, the uppercut cannot really be trained. This bag solves that: the teardrop belly, 50 cm across, forces the punch onto the real trajectory — rising, turning inwards, driven from the hips.
Why a teardrop shape?
The wide belly gives a horizontal surface the fist can land flat against, which is what an uppercut needs. The narrow top leaves room for straight punches. At 70 cm it is the compact format of the range: it fits where a full-height bag does not.
