Max Holloway Blessed tee
-
- Regular price€29,00

The essentials: the fighter who took the BMF belt with a knockout in the final seconds of the fight — and who, at the top, declared himself not the baddest but the daddest man on the planet. The pun runs across the back, over four lines. Premium cotton 180 gsm, crew neck, heat transfer print front and back. Black, 7 sizes S to 4XL, €29, free shipping.
This is a tee that reads both ways. One word on the front. The whole line on the back.
Front: #BLESSED
#BLESSED in large white capitals, centred on the chest, with UFC just beneath. It is Holloway's nickname, carried since his early Hawaiian days — not a slogan of the moment.
Nothing else on the front. Face on, the tee stays quiet: two lines of text, no illustration.
Back: DADDEST MAN ON THE PLANET
The back carries the full line, over four lines of white capitals: DADDEST MAN ON THE PLANET. Beneath, smaller, MAX "BLESSED" HOLLOWAY, then UFC.
The pun turns baddest into daddest. Holloway is a father, and he claimed it at the exact moment he became the most feared fighter in his division. It is the most committed joke in the UFC locker room.
It points to his BMF belt, taken with a knockout in the final seconds of the fight.
A tee built to be read from behind
Most tees in the collection carry their artwork on the front. This one inverts the logic: the substance is on the back, and the front settles for announcing one word.
It is team-kit construction — the jerseys and corner jackets where the name reads as you turn away. In a gym, where you spend a good part of the session with your back to the room, that changes things.
Two other models in the shop play the same card: the Boxing is Love, even quieter from the front, and the Muay Thai, printed on both sides.
Black is the only colourway: the white lettering is designed for this ground, which gives maximum contrast. Premium cotton, crew neck, short sleeves, straight cut, with a woven UFC neck label.
The detail that matters: the print is applied by heat transfer onto a PET film. That suits a large solid white like the back print best: the colour stays full and the capitals keep clean edges. The print stands up to wear and does not fade easily in the wash — useful on a back that rubs against rucksack straps. Care: machine wash at 30 °C / 86 °F inside out, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer, do not iron the print.
13 April 2024: the last second
At UFC 300, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Holloway was well ahead on points against Justin Gaethje. With ten seconds left, instead of running out the clock, he pointed at the floor and invited his opponent to trade in the centre of the cage. Gaethje accepted. Holloway put him down with a right hand at 4:59 of the fifth round, one second before the end. The UFC paid him a $600,000 bonus. That fight is what gave him the BMF belt printed on this tee.
Before that, he had been UFC featherweight champion from 2016 to 2019.
