One or two plates, 2 or 4 mm: what the finish changes
Standard belts fit on a single plate: the whole design is engraved on the centre face. More complex designs are built on two plates, which open a second engraving surface — club crest plus honours, a worked front with a title band, or a design in two registers.
Thickness then sets the depth: the thicker the plate, the deeper the engraving can go and the more the cast shadow draws the design. At 2 mm the plate is flat and crisp: lettering and logo read cleanly, and the belt stays light to wear through a whole evening. At 4 mm, the available relief doubles: sharp borders, shields and raised letters, and the design reads several metres across a room.
Plate count and thickness are set before production and cannot be undone later: everything else — colours, wording, layout — is corrected on the artwork.
What you send, what you get
You send your logo as a vector file or a sharp image, the exact wording — show name, weight class, date, champion line — and your colour preferences. We produce artwork of the complete belt, centre plate and side medallions included, which you approve or correct as many times as needed. Production starts only once you sign it off.

Technical specifications
Buying tip: for a show, start the artwork as soon as the date is set, not once the card is finalised. A club logo supplied as a vector drops straight in; a low-resolution image pulled off social media has to be redrawn, and it is the redraw that adds time, not the manufacturing.
How many belts for one show
A card with several fights rarely needs just one piece. The usual pattern: one belt for the main event, one per title on the line, and one honorary belt for a guest or a retirement. The wording changes from belt to belt on the same base artwork, which keeps one visual identity across the whole evening.

How does ordering a custom belt work?

Can a photo go on the belt?
Yes, on the centre plate and on the side medallions. Send a sharp, tightly cropped image: a medallion is only a few centimetres across and a wide shot turns to mush once reduced.
Is the artwork charged for?
No. Artwork is produced before any manufacturing and with no commitment. Its whole purpose is to let you correct the design and the wording while nothing has been made.
What size is the belt?
A championship belt build, 127 cm / 50 in long, the same as the sanctioning-body models in this collection. Only the artwork and the wording change.
Can I order several belts for one event?
Yes, and it is the most common case: one per title on the line, from the same base artwork with different wording, so the whole evening keeps one identity.
