Why the Thai format is long
Thai training works the whole ladder — hands to the head, knees to the body, kicks to the thigh. A bag that stops above the knee removes a third of that. The long format keeps the lowest target available, and at 50 to 60 kg it stays put when the shin lands.

Cut textile and rags packed down layer by layer, with sand or granulate in sealed bags at the base for more weight. Never loose sand: it settles and hardens.
