The 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in perimeter sidewalk carries a grilled zone built to take lighting and backlight the stage. The 4 TV platforms fixed to the posts give camera operators a raised position: set above the 1.90 m / 6 ft 3 in panels, their cameras clear the mesh and keep a full view of the fighting area.

The backlit sidewalk and the TV platforms
The perimeter sidewalk is 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in wide. Its grilled zone takes the lighting rig and backlights the stage, while the four platforms fixed to the posts put camera operators above the panels: their cameras clear the mesh instead of shooting through it, which is what keeps a clean image of the ground work.
Homologations IMMAF, FMMAF, UFC and CE certification
The cage is built for high-level competition and meets the main MMA requirements: IMMAF and FMMAF certifications, UFC and BELLATOR regulations, and European safety standards under CE certification. What floor space and what headroom do you need?
The size quoted is that of the fighting area. The sidewalk adds 1 m / 3 ft 3 in on each side: an 8 × 8 m cage therefore occupies 10 × 10 m / 32 ft 10 in square on the floor, sidewalk included. Add circulation for officials, seconds and camera crews, plus the projection of the two sets of steps. For height, the 100 cm platform adds to the 1.90 m / 6 ft 3 in panels, and the TV platforms sit above those panels again: allow at least 4 m / 13 ft 1 in of clear height so the camera operators can work standing on their platform.
