The circular MMA cage has no straight panels: its mesh walls are curved and form a continuous arena, with no corners. Raised on a platform and edged by a perimeter sidewalk, it is built for events and for staging.
The set arrives complete and ready to build: steel structure, curved panels slotting onto the 8 intermediate posts (with two 90 cm / 35 in gates), platform, deck, mat, canvas and perimeter skirt, sidewalk and two sets of access steps. Nothing else to plan before installing your arena.
And nothing is fixed: colours and design of the mat, the skirt, the corner protection and the logos on the pads. Our designer sets the configuration to your club's or your event's identity.
A true arena look
The curved walls draw a continuous arena, with no corners, echoing an amphitheatre and holding the crowd's attention on the fight. The 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in perimeter sidewalk, with its lighting grilles and TV mounts, prepares the video capture and the lighting of the event.
Why choose the circular MMA cage?
Because no wall is straight: the continuous curve closes the crowd's view onto the fighting area, with the full equipment of a raised event cage.
- Curved walls, no corners: a continuous curve all the way round.
- 8 intermediate posts plus curved panels that slot together, with two 90 cm / 35 in gates.
- Raised on a 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in platform, with a perimeter sidewalk.
- Sidewalk with grilles for lighting and TV mounts.
- Complete set: structure, deck, mat, canvas and skirt, 2 sets of access steps.
- Fully customisable, from 6 × 6 m to 9 × 9 m.
Why a circular format?
Its continuous walls, with no corners, draw an arena that echoes an amphitheatre and holds the crowd's eye on the fight. The absence of a corner also changes the footwork: backed against the wall, a fighter always keeps the option of moving along the curve. The format is not a novelty: it is the one Bellator MMA, one of the largest MMA organisations in the world, chose to set itself apart from the Octagon the UFC made standard.
The sidewalk: lighting and capture
A perimeter platform 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in wide surrounds the fighting area. Its grilles take lighting and mounts for your TV screens, preparing the video capture and the lighting of the event.
Who is the circular cage for?
It suits promoters and event organisers, and any structure wanting an arena with a strong identity, raised and ready for broadcast.
What floor space and what headroom do you need?
The size quoted is that of the fighting area. The sidewalk adds 1 m / 3 ft 3 in on each side: an 8 × 8 m cage therefore occupies 10 × 10 m / 32 ft 10 in square on the floor, sidewalk included. Allow circulation and the projection of the two sets of steps on top of that. For height, the 100 cm platform adds to the 1.90 m / 6 ft 3 in panels: count close to 3 m / 9 ft 10 in at the top of the mesh, plus the clearance above. The floor must be flat and carry the load; the structure is free-standing.

Frequently asked questions
Which promotion fights in a circular cage?
Bellator MMA, one of the largest organisations in the sport, chose the circular format to set itself apart from the Octagon the UFC made standard.
What does the absence of corners change?
It changes the footwork: backed against the wall, a fighter always keeps the option of moving along the curve rather than being pinned in an angle.
How is a curved wall built?
The mesh panels are curved in production and slot onto 8 intermediate posts, which set the radius. Two of the panels carry a 90 cm / 35 in gate each.
How much room do I need around it?
The sidewalk adds 1 m / 3 ft 3 in on each side, so an 8 × 8 m cage occupies 10 × 10 m / 32 ft 10 in on the floor. Allow circulation and the projection of the steps beyond that.
Can we print our sponsors on it?
Yes, and it is included. The perimeter skirt, the mat and the corner pads all take your colours and your logos.
What is the warranty?
10 years on the structure, 2 years on the corner pads and the floor mat, under normal use of the cage.
