Both versions leave the same workshop, with the same shell and the same logo. What differs is the lead time and what is left for you to do on arrival.

How long does a custom heavy bag take?
Around 3 weeks for a bag shipped empty, production and delivery included. Around 8 weeks for a pre-filled bag, since the filling is packed in the workshop before dispatch. The clock starts when your artwork is approved. Contact us if you have a fixed date to hit, a show or a gym opening.
Can the bag be delivered already filled?
Yes, that is the "Shipped pre-filled" option, available on all three heights. The bag arrives packed and ready to hang, with nothing to prepare: allow around 45 kg / 99 lb at 120 cm, 55 kg / 121 lb at 150 cm and 70 kg / 154 lb at 180 cm, packed in the workshop for regular training. Allow around 8 weeks against 3 for an empty bag.
What do you fill a punching bag with?
Shredded textile as the base layer, sawdust packed down in successive layers to build density, and sand only in sealed bags wrapped in sawdust and placed in the core. Loose sand migrates to the bottom and hardens the lower section.
How do I send my logo after ordering?
Email us your order number and a high-resolution file (transparent PNG or vector AI/EPS). We confirm feasibility before production starts.
Can I order a single custom bag or only a series?
Either. There is no minimum order: one bag or a full set for your gym. Pricing decreases with quantity. Contact us for a quote.
Will the logo still look good after a few months?
Yes. The logo is applied to take intensive use. Wipe the shell after sessions and keep chemical cleaners away from it.
