What is the difference with the 130 cm bag?
Diameter and mass. This one is 60 cm across and reaches 80 kg filled; the 130 cm is 40 cm across and sits between 40 and 50 kg, with a stabilising ring.
What anchor point does an 80 kg bag need?
A fixing rated for several times the static weight, because striking multiplies the load: a load-bearing beam, a concrete slab or a stand sized for it. Plasterboard is not suitable.
Is it suitable for MMA and kickboxing?
Yes. At 150 cm it covers head height down to low kicks, and 80 kg gives the resistance those disciplines ask for.
Is this bag suitable for club use?
