This cage was developed specifically to meet the technical specification of the French MMA Federation (FMMAF). Whether you are an event promoter or a high-level club, it meets the requirements that condition the approval of an official bout on French soil.

Safety and FMMAF compliance
This cage is built on the FMMAF technical specification. The points that condition approval:
- High-tensile mesh: 4 mm / 0.16 in galvanised steel wire, plastic coated to prevent laceration.
- Reinforced structure: 8 steel posts of 100 × 100 mm / 4 × 4 in section, which the panels slot onto, to hold sustained grappling against the wall.
- Corner protection: high-density foam corner pads (80 kg/m³ / 5 lb/ft³) covering the posts over their full height.
- Locking system: gate with safety latches against accidental opening.
What floor space and what headroom do you need?
The octagon measures 7 m / 23 ft across, with the sidewalk adding 1 m / 3 ft 3 in on each side: allow 9 × 9 m / 29 ft 6 in square on the floor, sidewalk included. Add circulation for officials, seconds and camera crews, plus the projection of the access steps. For height, the 100 cm / 3 ft 3 in platform adds to the 1.90 m / 6 ft 3 in panels: close to 3 m / 9 ft 10 in at the top of the mesh, plus the clearance above. The floor must be flat and carry the load.

Staging an official MMA event in France

Production time and delivery
Production, customisation and delivery take 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery goes by heavy goods vehicle: the site must be accessible to lorries. Assembly is straightforward, with the panels slotting onto the posts, and the instructions and assembly drawing are supplied.
