Material and comfort
The shell is PU leather (synthetic), light and easy to look after. The foam padding absorbs impact to protect the hand on the bag and the pads.
Wrist support
The hook-and-loop strap tightens quickly and holds the wrist firmly. Like any strap glove, this is a training pair: sanctioned bouts are fought in lace-up gloves. The 10 and 12 oz weights are striking weights — sparring is done in 14 or 16 oz.

Are these boxing gloves real leather?
No — the shell is PU synthetic leather. It stays supple, wipes clean and needs none of the upkeep a cowhide glove asks for.
Are velcro boxing gloves allowed in competition?
No. Sanctioned bouts are fought in lace-up gloves; a hook-and-loop strap belongs in training.
What size boxing gloves for my body weight?
