The same 150 cm reference format in red, on steel chains — the colour that reads clearly across a room and the hanging that lets the bag turn freely.
First-quality PU leather for kickboxing
The shell takes shin kicks, which concentrate a large linear force on a narrow surface, and keeps its hold on the zones that take the most work. Reinforced stitching at the load points.

Frequently asked questions
Is this red 150 cm bag suitable for Muay Thai?
Yes — 150 cm covers head, body and shin level, which is the full Muay Thai range short of very low kicks.
What do you fill a punching bag with?
Cut textile and rags packed down layer by layer, with sand or granulate in sealed bags at the base for more weight. Never loose sand: it settles and hardens.
What size gloves for this bag?
Wraps plus 12 to 16 oz gloves. The longer the round, the more the padding earns its place.
Can you work knees on this bag?
Yes — the mid-section sits at knee-strike height when you clinch the bag.
Do you need a rotating swivel for a punching bag?
Yes, and it is included with the chains. Without one the bag winds up instead of turning.
