Grip and ventilation

Getting the most out of pad work
- Short combinations: 3 to 5 shots (jab, cross, hook) beat long, loose series.
- Locked wrist: present the mitt facing the fist and meet the impact slightly.

- Simulated counters: send a mitt back towards the boxer to make them keep their guard up and slip.
