The essentials: one wall fixing for two kinds of training — an 80 cm / 31 in multi-grip pull up bar and a mounting point for a punching bag. Built in reinforced steel with a black finish and a gusset brace (projection 38 x 42 cm / 15 x 17 in). Ships ready to fit with 6 concrete anchors. Load-bearing wall required. €99 — free delivery.
Two kinds of training on a single fixing point. This wall bracket combines a pull up bar for the upper body with an anchor for your punching bag: you move between pull ups, bag rounds and core work without multiplying the kit or the wall space it takes. Enough to set up a strength and boxing corner in under a metre of wall.
Why this bracket
- 2-in-1: pull up bar and bag mount on a single fixing
- 80 cm / 31 in multi-grip bar: wide grip and angled grips to vary your pull ups
- Reinforced steel with a black finish and a gusset brace
- Ready to fit: 6 concrete anchors supplied
Two workouts, one fixing
That is the point of this model: instead of fitting a pull up bar and a bag bracket separately, you have both together. The 80 cm / 31 in pull up bar covers pull ups, partial muscle ups and back and arm work; the central anchor point takes your punching bag. The answer for a complete upper body and boxing session in a small space.
A multi-grip bar
The 80 cm / 31 in bar offers several hand positions: a wide grip to target the back, and angled grips at each end to vary the angle and ease the wrists. Enough to change up your pull ups without changing equipment.
A reinforced steel structure
The frame is reinforced steel with a black finish, with a gusset brace and a diagonal leg that meets the wall for rigidity. Projection from the wall is around 38 cm / 15 in horizontal by 42 cm / 17 in vertical, with a fixing plate at the base.
Wall fixing, hardware supplied
The bracket ships ready to fit with 6 concrete anchors. Mark the drilling points through the plates, drill, plug and tighten the whole assembly firmly.
Important: this bracket carries the weight of a bag and the weight of your body in a pull up — high dynamic loads. It must be fixed to a load-bearing wall (concrete, solid block or solid brick), never to plasterboard or a hollow partition. Check the tightness regularly. If you are unsure, call in a professional.
Bag only or 2-in-1
If all you need is to hang a bag, a plain bracket does the job with a smaller footprint on the wall:
- Bag only, compact: the 40 cm / 100 kg bracket
- Bag only, heavy bag: the 40 cm / 150 kg bracket
- Bag only, long reach: the 60 cm / 24 in bracket
- Boxing plus pull ups (this model): both on one mount
The whole range: our punching bag wall mount collection. And to go with it, our punching bags.

Frequently asked questions
What exercises can you do on this bracket?
Two uses combined: bag work, with the bag hung from the central point, and pull ups on the 80 cm / 31 in bar for back, arms and shoulders. One mount for a boxing and upper body session.
How wide is the pull up bar?
80 cm / 31 in, with several hand positions: a wide grip and angled grips at each end to vary the angle.
Can the bag stay up while you do pull ups?
That is the principle of the 2-in-1: the bag stays hung from the central point and the bar above it stays clear for pull ups. You alternate boxing and strength work on the same station.
What kind of wall can it be fixed to?
Only a solid load-bearing wall: concrete, solid block or solid brick. Since it carries both the bag and your bodyweight in a pull up, plasterboard and hollow partitions are out. If you are unsure, call in a professional.
Are the fixings included?
Yes, the bracket ships ready to fit with 6 concrete anchors. All that is left is to drill, plug and tighten.
