The 60 cm / 24 in reach is what separates this bracket from the 40 cm models. It opens up space between the bag and the wall, which counts for bulky bags, for circling the bag and for varied striking angles — uppercuts and hooks especially. Real comfort for anyone with the room to fit it.
A powder-coated steel structure
The frame is reinforced steel with a black powder-coated finish (baked paint), backed by a triangular gusset brace between the arm and the plate. The plate, pre-drilled with 6 holes, spreads the load across the wall, and a welded eye at the end of the arm takes the bag.
A complete wall fixing, everything supplied
The bracket ships with 6 concrete anchors and a carabiner: mark the holes through the plate, drill, plug and tighten, then hang the bag from the eye with the carabiner. Nothing else to buy.
Important: a bag bracket must be fixed to a load-bearing wall (concrete, solid block or solid brick). A longer reach increases the leverage on the fixings, so the quality of the wall and of the installation matters all the more. Avoid plasterboard and hollow partitions on their own. If you are unsure, ask a professional.
