Two stations on one frame. Most stands carry a bag and nothing else; this one adds a speed bag platform at its other end — and the speed bag is supplied. You alternate power on the bag and speed, rhythm and coordination on the platform within the same session, without changing station and without taking up twice the floor.
Punching bag and speed bag on the same frame
On one side, a hanging hook takes your punching bag. On the other, a circular platform holds the speed bag supplied. The two kinds of work complement each other and are rarely combined at home:
- The bag builds power, endurance and footwork placement.
- The speed bag trains hand speed, rhythm, hand-eye coordination and a high guard.
Chaining the two in one session gives a markedly more complete workout than a bag on its own.
Adjustable speed bag platform
The platform adjusts over 20 cm / 8 in of height, from 67.5 to 87.5 cm / 26.5 to 34.5 in, to set the speed bag at the right level for the user — it should reach face height with the elbows up. One piece of kit therefore suits the whole family.
Triangular base and 4 ballast posts supplied
The triangular base holds the whole thing steady, reinforced by a diagonal member. 4 vertical posts are supplied: they mount on the base to take cast-iron plates and add ballast for intense sessions. The plates themselves are not included.
Free standing: no drilling
No fixing to the floor or the wall. No load-bearing wall to find, no ceiling to drill, no landlord to ask: this is the answer for tenants and for every situation where hanging a bag from the structure is not possible.

Yes. The speed bag is supplied with the stand, along with its circular platform. Only the punching bag and the ballast plates are not included.
What bag weight does it take?
Up to 60 kg / 132 lb, which covers bags of 100 to 120 cm / 39 to 47 in filled. For a heavier bag, the 150 kg / 331 lb stand is the right one.
