Twisted cable fist bangle

- Regular price€29,00

In short: an open bangle you slip on one-handed and set by spreading the arms — no size to choose at checkout. 6 mm / 0.24 in twisted stainless steel cable, closed by two sculpted 12 mm / 0.47 in clenched fists. 69 mm / 2.72 in inner diameter, 28 g / 0.99 oz. Three finishes: gold, silver, black. €29, free standard shipping.
The two ends are bare fists, not gloves: you can pick out the four folded fingers, the knuckles and the thumb laid across, above a wrist band that seats onto the cable. Each fist is 12 mm / 0.47 in, the cable 6 mm / 0.24 in.
An open bangle, no clasp
The bracelet goes on through the gap between the two fists and is set by gently spreading or closing the arms. No clasp, no links, no length to select: it goes on and comes off with one hand, which is still the simplest action on a men's bracelet.
The twisted cable
The body is not a solid bar but a twisted steel cable, built like an industrial wire rope. The twist runs from one fist to the other and cuts light into fine regular bands, giving the bangle a texture a smooth surface does not have. It also adds spring: the cable comes back after being opened.
Gold, silver or black
All three carry the same 6 mm cable and the same 12 mm fists; only the tone changes. Gold reads most strongly on skin and against a dark sleeve. Silver matches a steel watch. Black absorbs light and stacks easily with other bracelets.

Good to know: adjust it by hand, spreading the two arms a few millimetres at a time rather than all at once — the cable holds its shape better when the change is gradual. Stainless steel takes water and sweat; a dry soft cloth after wear is enough, following the line of the twist where dust settles.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a size to choose?
No, the bangle comes in a single 69 mm / 2.72 in inner diameter and adjusts to the wrist by spreading or closing the two arms. Work in small steps rather than one large one.
Are the ends boxing gloves?
They are bare clenched fists: four folded fingers, knuckles and a thumb laid across, all modelled with no glove over them. Each fist is 12 mm / 0.47 in and sits on a banded wrist cuff. The models with glove ends in this collection are the ribbed bangles.
What is the diameter?
69 mm / 2.72 in inner diameter, with a 6 mm / 0.24 in cable and 12 mm / 0.47 in ends, for a total of 28 g / 0.99 oz. The dimensioned drawing is in the photo gallery.
Can I keep it on in the shower and the sea?
Yes, stainless steel takes water and sweat; rinse in clean water and dry after the sea or the pool, working into the groove of the twist. Take it off to train, as you would a watch.
What is a twisted steel cable?
Several steel strands wound together in a helix, on the principle of an industrial wire rope, then capped at each end. The result is a bangle that keeps its shape while accepting being opened, with a surface that cuts light into regular bands.
Which finish should I choose?
All three carry the same 6 mm cable and the same 12 mm fists. Gold reads most on skin and against a dark sleeve, silver matches steel watches, black stacks easily with other bracelets. The group shot in the gallery shows all three side by side.
