Request a quoteThe answer for boxing gyms and shared spaces that want to line up several bags without cluttering the floor. Each bag hangs from a trolley running on the rail: group the bags to clear the area, spread them out for training, park them in one movement. A load-bearing structure built for daily use.
Why this system
- Floor frames plus rail: a self-supporting structure, brackets evenly spaced
- Silent self-locking trolleys: pull the tabs to lock or release each bag
- 300 kg/m / 202 lb per ft working load: built for heavy bags in series
- Made to measure: configuration validated by our design office, colour of your choice
A complete frames, rail and trolleys system
The assembly is made of frames — evenly spaced uprights fixed to the floor through pre-drilled base plates — a guide rail mounted along their upper section, and self-locking trolleys carrying the bags. Each bag moves along the rail and locks where you want it, silently, in seconds.
Configurations for 4, 6 or 8 bags
Three standard formats, and any made-to-measure configuration:
- 4 bags — 8 m / 26 ft rail
- 6 bags — 10 m / 33 ft rail
- 8 bags — 12 m / 39 ft rail
Standard height of the frames and the rail: 273 cm / 8 ft 11 in. Need a specific format? Our design office validates every build before manufacture.
Important: the frames are fixed to the floor through base plates: they require a solid concrete slab and careful anchoring. A system of this size should be installed with care, ideally by a professional, and the fixings checked regularly.
Which rail system to choose
- Wall mounted: the wall conveyor rail — floor clear, the most affordable multi-bag setup, needs a load-bearing wall.
- On frames: the rail on floor-fixed frames — self-supporting, no wall or ceiling constraint.
- Suspended: the ceiling-hung rail — nothing on the floor, nothing on the walls.
- Double sided: the central post rail — an island of 8 to 12 bags reached from both sides.
To equip the installation, see our punching bags. For a single movable bag, the adjustable wall mount with a rail.

Frequently asked questions
How does the conveyor rail work?
Each bag hangs from a self-locking trolley running on the rail. Pull the tabs to lock or release a bag, then slide it into position. You can group the bags to free the space or spread them out for training, in seconds and silently.
How many bags can be installed?
Three standard formats: 4 bags on an 8 m / 26 ft rail, 6 bags on 10 m / 33 ft, 8 bags on 12 m / 39 ft. Any made-to-measure configuration can be built, validated beforehand by our design office.
What load does the rail take?
The working load is 300 kg per metre / 202 lb per foot, which allows heavy bags to be lined up along the whole run.
How is the system fixed?
The frames are fixed to the floor through pre-drilled base plates on a solid concrete slab. The rail is then mounted along their upper section. No load-bearing wall is needed, which is what separates this version from the wall-mounted one.
Can the structure be customised?
Yes. It is premium powder-coated steel in the colour of your choice, and any configuration — length, number of bags — can be studied by our design office.
