The essentials: a conveyor rail hung from the ceiling — fixed under a concrete slab or beam by made-to-measure droppers and steel plates, with no floor post and no wall fixing. The bags run on silent self-locking trolleys. Load 200 kg/m / 134 lb per ft, premium powder-coated steel, colour of your choice. From 4 to 8 bags, and made to measure. From €4,390 — free delivery.

Request a quoteThe solution that frees the floor entirely. The rail is fixed directly under the concrete ceiling: no legs, nothing standing in the way, a completely clear run beneath the bags. Each bag hangs from a trolley that slides along the rail and locks in seconds. Right when the floor area has to stay free.
Why this system
- Ceiling hung: floor completely clear, no post
- Made-to-measure droppers plus plates: fixed under a concrete slab or beam
- Silent self-locking trolleys: lock and release by pulling the tabs
- 200 kg/m / 134 lb per ft, premium powder-coated steel, colour of your choice
A rail fixed to the ceiling, with no post
Unlike frame systems standing on the floor, this rail is hung under the slab or a concrete beam using made-to-measure droppers bolted through steel plates. Nothing is left on the floor, the training area stays completely clear, and the bags move freely along the rail.
Configurations for 4, 6 or 8 bags
Three standard formats, and any made-to-measure configuration:
- 4 bags — 8 m / 26 ft rail
- 6 bags — 10 m / 33 ft rail
- 8 bags — 12 m / 39 ft rail
The droppers are made to measure for your ceiling height, and every build is validated by our design office before manufacture.
Self-locking trolleys and premium build
The silent self-locking trolleys let you move and park each bag in one movement: pull the tabs to lock or release. The structure is premium powder-coated steel, with the colour of your choice.
Important: this system requires a load-bearing concrete ceiling — slab or beam — able to carry suspended loads. The droppers are fixed through steel plates; installation should be carried out with care, ideally by a professional, and the fixings checked regularly. A lightweight ceiling or a suspended ceiling will not do.
Which rail system to choose
- Wall mounted: the wall conveyor rail — floor clear, the most affordable multi-bag setup, needs a load-bearing wall.
- On frames: the rail on floor-fixed frames — self-supporting, no wall or ceiling constraint.
- Suspended: the ceiling-hung rail — nothing on the floor, nothing on the walls.
- Double sided: the central post rail — an island of 8 to 12 bags reached from both sides.
To equip the installation, see our punching bags. For a single movable bag, the adjustable wall mount with a rail.

Frequently asked questions
How is the rail fixed?
It hangs under a concrete slab or beam on droppers made to measure, bolted through steel plates. That arrangement avoids any floor post and any wall support: the rail is carried entirely by the ceiling.
What is the advantage of a suspended rail?
It frees the floor completely: no leg or post in the area, and a clear run beneath the bags. It is the least intrusive way to line up several sliding bags.
What ceiling does it need?
A load-bearing concrete ceiling, slab or beam, able to carry suspended loads. A lightweight or suspended ceiling will not do. If yours does not qualify, the frame version stands on the floor.
What load does the rail take?
The working load is 200 kg per metre / 134 lb per foot. This suspended system is designed to integrate into the ceiling; for heavier loads, a floor-standing frame rail at 300 kg/m / 202 lb per ft may suit better.
How many bags can be installed?
Three standard formats: 4 bags on an 8 m / 26 ft rail, 6 bags on 10 m / 33 ft, 8 bags on 12 m / 39 ft. Any made-to-measure configuration is possible, validated by our design office.
