This rail is fixed to a series of wall brackets spread along the wall; the bags, carried on trolleys, slide from one end to the other and lock in seconds. The right answer when you have a load-bearing wall along the whole length you need.
Why this system
- Wall fixed: no floor post, no ceiling hanger
- Spaced wall brackets plus rail: a simple, effective structure
- Silent self-locking trolleys: lock and release by pulling the tabs
- 200 kg/m / 134 lb per ft, premium powder-coated steel, colour of your choice
A rail carried on wall brackets
The system is made of wall brackets fixed at regular intervals, with the conveyor rail mounted along their upper section. The bags move freely along the rail, so you can group them to clear the area or spread them out for training. The floor stays completely free.
Configurations for 4, 6 or 8 bags
Three standard formats, and any made-to-measure configuration:
- 4 bags — 8 m / 26 ft rail
- 6 bags — 10 m / 33 ft rail
- 8 bags — 12 m / 39 ft rail
Every build is validated by our design office before manufacture; other lengths and bag counts are available on request.
Self-locking trolleys and premium build
The silent self-locking trolleys let you move and park each bag in one movement: pull the tabs to lock or release. The structure is premium powder-coated steel, with the colour of your choice.
Important: wall brackets require a very solid load-bearing wall — concrete or solid block — along the whole run. Plasterboard, hollow brick and stud partitions are ruled out. A system of this size should be installed with care, ideally by a professional, and the fixings checked regularly.
Which rail system to choose
- Wall mounted: the wall conveyor rail — floor clear, the most affordable multi-bag setup, needs a load-bearing wall.
- On frames: the rail on floor-fixed frames — self-supporting, no wall or ceiling constraint.
- Suspended: the ceiling-hung rail — nothing on the floor, nothing on the walls.
- Double sided: the central post rail — an island of 8 to 12 bags reached from both sides.
To equip the installation, see our punching bags. For a single movable bag, the adjustable wall mount with a rail.

Frequently asked questions
How does a heavy bag conveyor rail work?
Each bag hangs from a self-locking trolley running on the rail. Pull the tabs to lock or release a bag, then slide it where you want it. You can group the bags to clear the floor or spread them out for training, silently and in seconds.
What kind of wall does it need?
A very solid load-bearing wall — concrete or solid block — along the whole run. Plasterboard, hollow brick and stud partitions cannot take it. If your wall does not qualify, the frame version stands on the floor and the suspended version hangs from the ceiling.
How many bags can be installed?
Three standard formats: 4 bags on an 8 m / 26 ft rail, 6 bags on 10 m / 33 ft, 8 bags on 12 m / 39 ft. Any made-to-measure configuration is possible, validated beforehand by our design office.
What load does the rail take?
The working load is 200 kg per metre / 134 lb per foot, which allows heavy bags to be lined up along the whole run.
Can the structure be customised?
Yes. It is premium powder-coated steel in the colour of your choice, and any length or bag count can be studied by our design office.
