Neon green focus mitt
- Regular price€25,00

The essentials: a neon green and black focus mitt in PU leather, with a white target at the centre of the striking face and moulded finger guards in relief. Injection moulded padding with strong shock absorption, an ergonomic gusset, a wide vented mesh panel on the back and a mesh lining. Sold singly — €25, free standard delivery.
Visible, ventilated and precise. The neon green is picked up instantly, even moving fast, and the white central target gives the boxer a precise point to aim at. The back is almost entirely vented mesh.
Neon green: the target you do not lose sight of
Neon green sits in the band of wavelengths the human eye is most sensitive to in full light, around 555 nanometres. On a focus mitt, that translates into reduced reaction time for the boxer, who judges distance and timing better through fast series. Useful too in a poorly lit gym or training outdoors late in the day.
White central target
A ringed white disc occupies the centre of the black striking face. The boxer aims at a precise point rather than a surface, which naturally corrects the alignment of the fist on the jab and the cross. The coach checks at a glance whether the impact was centred or off.
Full mesh ventilation
The back of the hand is covered by a wide vented mesh panel, backed by a mesh lining inside. Air moves across the whole contact surface: sweat is carried away, the hand stays dry and the grip does not slip, even after several rounds run back to back with different partners.
Moulded finger guards
Moulded black bands in relief run along the lower part of the striking face, where the fingers sit. They add a layer of protection exactly where the hand is most exposed, on shots that land low or off the target.
PU leather and injection moulding
The shell is PU leather, supple and resistant to the repeated friction of gloves. Inside, the injection moulding delivers strong shock absorption, and the gusset shaped to the hand gives a comfortable, stable grip.

Getting the most out of pad work
- Aim at the white disc: ask the boxer to hit the centre of the target, not simply the mitt.
- Short combinations: 3 to 5 shots (jab, cross, hook) beat long, loose series.
- Use the colour: vary the height and angle of presentation, the neon target stays visible even moving fast.
- Locked wrist: present the mitt facing the fist and meet the impact slightly.
- Care: wipe after each session with a dry or lightly damp cloth, air the mesh and let it dry naturally.

Frequently asked questions
Is it sold singly or as a pair?
Singly: you receive one focus mitt, with free standard delivery. To work combinations with both hands, order two.
How does it differ from the neon yellow focus mitts?
Both rely on high visibility, but they differ on three points. This neon green model is sold singly, carries a white central target and a wide mesh panel. The neon yellow model is sold in pairs and takes a lightning design with no target. Choose the green if you want an aiming point, the yellow to kit out both hands in one go.
What are the moulded finger guards for?
They are raised bands set on the striking face, where the fingers sit. They add a layer of protection over the area where the hand is most exposed, particularly when a shot lands low or off the target.
What is it made of?
PU leather, a synthetic that stands up to the friction of gloves, with injection moulded padding inside and a mesh lining. For very heavy daily use, the Esprit Boxe range in real leather moulds to the hand and keeps its surface longer.
Do you need gloves to strike it?
Yes. Pad work is done with hand wraps and boxing gloves, generally 10 to 14 oz. Striking bare-handed exposes the knuckles, even against a padded target.
How do you look after it?
Wipe the surface with a dry or lightly damp cloth after each session, air the mesh panel and let it dry at room temperature. Avoid the washing machine, soaking and direct heat.
