Inflating and setting
The bag arrives deflated and fills through its valve. Aim for a surface that is firm but still gives under the thumb: too hard and it goes dead and pulls on its seams. Then set the height so the belly of the bag sits between the mouth and the eyes in guard. Check the plate is still tight after the first few sessions.
