The neck closes with nylon cord lacing, which stands up to abrasion and humidity better than a plain lace, and the bag hangs from a double strap rather than a single loop. Six colourways, four of them two-tone
The four two-tone versions — black and red, black and white, black and gold, red and silver — set a dark central panel against lighter side panels. That contrast is not only a matter of looks: it gives a visual marker on the rotation of the bag through a round. The plain versions, red and black, stay the quietest option for a gym with a strong identity of its own.
Mounting and setting
The bag hangs by its double strap from a ball-bearing swivel, fixed under a wall platform or to the ceiling. Set the height so the belly of the bag sits between the mouth and the eyes in guard; drop it slightly to start out and the shoulders will hold out longer. Inflate to a surface that is firm but still gives under the thumb: too hard and the bag goes dead and strains its seams.

What does nylon lacing bring?

Why a double hanging strap?

No — same model, same 30 x 18 cm / 12 x 7 in size and same construction: only the look changes. Two plain versions, red and black, and four two-tone versions with a contrasting central panel.
How long does a speed bag last?
Mostly it comes down to inflation and care. A bag kept at the right pressure works its seams far less than an over-inflated one. Wipe the shell after sweaty sessions with a damp cloth and no oily products, and check the lacing tension regularly.
Do I need a swivel and a platform?
Yes. The bag hangs by its double strap from a ball-bearing swivel, itself fixed under a wall platform or to the ceiling. Neither the swivel nor the platform is included: both are available separately, which leaves you free to set your own mounting height.
