The essentials: Esprit Boxe makes fully custom boxing headgear for clubs, gyms and boxers. Every type: open face, semi-open, full coverage, with or without a face bar, hook-and-loop or lace-up closure. Every material: real leather, PU leather, microfibre. Every shape and every colour, metallic finishes included. Club logo, club name and boxer's initials marked on. Headgear carrying the club logo is not decoration. It is what turns gym equipment from kit on loan into the colours of a house. Members look after it, session photographs become communication, and the club is recognisable across a hall at a show. For a boxer, it is also the first piece of equipment that carries their name.
Everything is customisable
We do not start from a restricted catalogue: every order is produced to your specification.
- The type of headguard: open face for competition and technical sparring, semi-open, full coverage with wrapped cheeks and jaw, or a face bar model. Closure by hook-and-loop or lacing, as you prefer.
- The material: real leather for longevity and a premium finish, PU leather for a controlled club budget, microfibre for lightness and no upkeep.
- The shape: height of the forehead roll, width of the face opening, volume of the cheek pads, ear coverage.
- The colour: any shade, plain or two-tone, with contrast piping and gold, silver or bronze metallic finishes.
- The marking: a badge stitched at the forehead with a printed or embossed logo, club name, initials or boxer's name on the cheeks, marking at the rear.
- The sizes: S to XXL, in whatever split you decide.

Five options, from a single boxer to a whole club
Headguards are sold by the set, with tiered pricing: the larger the set, the lower the price per headguard. There is no minimum order — the single option stays available, and sizes are split freely within a set.

Delivery included with all five options. Above 20 headguards, the rate is confirmed with the mock-up, according to the project.
What we need for the mock-up
The more precise your request, the closer the first mock-up lands. Tell us, in your email:
- The name of the club or organisation.
- The type of headguard you want: open face, semi-open, full coverage, with or without a face bar.
- The material: real leather, PU leather or microfibre.
- The main colour and the secondary colours, with references if you have them.
- The marking you want: logo, name, initials, number, and where each should sit.
- Your logo attached, vector format preferably.
- The total quantity and the split by size.
- The date you need them by.

How it works
- You write to info@esprit-boxe.com with the points above.
- We send a mock-up of the headguard with your logo in place, free and with no commitment.
- You approve or amend: colours, logo size, placements. Revisions are included.
- Production and delivery: 1 to 2 weeks of production depending on the design, then 2 weeks for delivery, i.e. 3 to 4 weeks in total.

- Cross Counter Boxing Gym: black leather, stitched forehead badge, gold marking, co-signed with the official Esprit Boxe logo.
- Boxing Club Fribourg: metallic silver finish, cream piping, a tone-on-tone embossed badge at the forehead and the boxer's initials on the cheek, black mesh lining.

Worth knowing: send your logo as a vector file where you can: a logo pulled off a social network is often too compressed to reproduce cleanly. And the mock-up is the moment to check everything: once production starts, a personalised item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for custom headguards?
No. Five options are on sale directly: a single headguard, a set of 3, a set of 5, a set of 10 and a set of 20, with the price per headguard coming down as the set grows. Sizes are split freely within a set — four M, four L and two S, for instance. Above 20 headguards, send us your project for a quote.
Which types of headgear can be customised?
All of them. Open face for competition and technical sparring, semi-open, full coverage with wrapped cheeks and jaw, and the face bar model for nasal protection. Closure can be hook-and-loop or lacing. Nothing forces a single type either: a club can order several formats in the same run, in the same colours.
Which materials are available?
Three. Real leather for longevity and a premium finish, with a hide that moulds to the head over the months. PU leather for a controlled club budget on larger runs. Microfibre for lightness and no upkeep at all, which is practical across a fleet of shared headguards.
What format should the logo be sent in?
A vector file preferably — .ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg: it resizes without loss and gives crisp marking. Failing that, a high resolution image on a transparent background works. Avoid logos pulled off a social network, often too compressed to reproduce cleanly. If that is all you have, send it anyway and we will tell you what is workable.
Can each boxer's name be added?
Yes. The club logo usually goes on the forehead badge, and the boxer's name or initials on a cheek, as on the headguards made for Boxing Club Fribourg. Just send us the list of names with the size for each.
How long do custom headguards take to arrive?
Allow 1 to 2 weeks for production and customisation depending on the design, then 2 weeks for delivery, so 3 to 4 weeks between mock-up sign-off and arrival. The lead time is the same for one headguard and for a set of 20.
