A flavour pod clips under the spout; on every sip the air passes through it and the aroma rises to the nose. The brain reads peach or lemon — the water itself has received nothing.

Which version to pick
On the 5 pod version, note your flavours in the order comments. With no note, five flavours are sent at random. The 1 pod pack covers all five colours including the matte black; the 5 pod pack comes in grey, blue, pink or violet.

Warm water for cleaning. Soap and warm water by hand with the lid taken apart, or the top rack of the dishwasher on a delicate cycle: that is what keeps the Tritan perfectly clear. The pod is replaced rather than washed.
The aroma fades gradually towards the end of a pod, around 10 litres / 2.6 US gal, instead of stopping dead: you can see the replacement coming. One spare refill in the bag is enough never to be caught out.

Top rack, delicate cycle, with the lid taken apart. Hand washing in warm soapy water is what best keeps the Tritan perfectly clear. Take the pod out first: it is replaced rather than washed.
