The folding mechanism
This is what separates it from a fixed bracket: the arm folds back against the wall when you are not using it, and opens out in seconds for the session. You get the floor space and the visual clearance back — ideal for dual-purpose rooms. Once opened and locked, the arm takes your bag like any fixed bracket.

Depending on the space you have and the clearance you want around the bag, choose the length at the time of ordering: 60 cm / 24 in, 80 cm / 31 in or 100 cm / 39 in. The longer the arm, the further the bag sits from the wall — and the more solid the load-bearing wall needs to be.
A steel structure with 6 fixing points
The frame is black finished steel, with pre-drilled plates and 6 fixing points spread top and bottom to take the loads. A hanging hook at the end of the arm receives the bag, by its chain or its straps.
Wall fixing, hardware supplied
The bracket ships with 6 concrete anchors. Mark the holes through the plates, drill, plug and tighten the whole assembly firmly before use.
Important: a bag bracket must be fixed to a load-bearing wall (concrete, solid block or solid brick), never to plasterboard or a hollow partition. Before every session, check that the arm is fully open and locked and that the fixings are tight. If you are unsure, call in a professional.
