A folding bracket built to last. Its heavy gauge steel arm and its stainless shackle play the premium card, while the folding mechanism clears the space when it is not in use. Supplied with multi-surface hardware, it fits a shared gym as readily as a demanding private set-up.
Why this bracket
- Premium build: heavy gauge steel tube, black finish
- Stainless shackle: a solid anchor, unaffected by corrosion
- Folding: folds away to free the space
- Multi-surface kit: bolts, wood screws and concrete anchors supplied
- 3 lengths (60/80/100 cm), up to 80 kg / 176 lb
A folding mechanism
The bracket folds away to clear the space when it is not in use, then swings back into position for training. That is the advantage in shared gyms and multi-purpose rooms: you keep a solid anchor point without it taking up room permanently.
A premium build
The arm is heavy gauge steel tube with a black finish, backed by a gusset brace. At the end, a stainless steel shackle (a pin-closed link) takes the bag: an anchor closed by a screwed pin, unaffected by corrosion.
A multi-surface fixing kit
It is supplied with a complete hardware kit covering several types of support: bolts, wood screws and concrete anchors. Enough to fix it to a concrete wall or to a load-bearing timber structure.
Important: whatever the surface, the fixing must go into a solid load-bearing element (concrete wall, solid block, solid brick, or a properly sized timber beam or structure). Never into plasterboard or a hollow partition on its own. Check that the bracket is locked in position and the hardware tight before every session. If you are unsure, call in a professional.
Premium folding or standard folding
Both models fold away to save space, but they are aimed at different uses:
- Premium folding (this model): heavy gauge tube, stainless shackle, multi-surface kit, for shared gyms and daily use
- Standard folding: the folding bracket, with 6 fixing points and a hanging hook, for home use
Other options: the fixed 40 cm / 150 kg bracket for a heavy bag, the 2-in-1 bracket for boxing plus pull ups, or the whole wall mount collection and our punching bags.

Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from the standard folding bracket?
Both fold away, but this premium version uses a thicker steel tube, a stainless shackle with a screwed pin, and a multi-surface fixing kit for concrete and timber. It is aimed at daily use, in a shared gym in particular. The standard folding bracket, with its 6 fixing points and hanging hook, suits home use.
What is a stainless shackle?
A metal link closed by a screwed pin, in stainless steel, used as the anchor point for the bag. Being closed rather than open, it holds the bag's chain captive, and the stainless steel keeps it clear of corrosion in a humid gym.
What surfaces can it be fixed to?
The supplied kit (bolts, wood screws and concrete anchors) allows fixing to a concrete wall, solid block or solid brick, or to a properly sized load-bearing timber structure. Plasterboard and hollow partitions on their own are always out.
Which length should I choose: 60, 80 or 100 cm?
The longer the arm, the further the bag sits from the wall and the more room you have to circle it. 60 cm / 24 in for compact use, 100 cm / 39 in for maximum clearance. Chosen at the time of ordering.
How much load does it take?
Up to 80 kg / 176 lb, which covers light to mid-weight punching bags.
