Women's equipment in competition
Boxing equipment is largely identical for women and men: same gloves, same weights in ounces, same wraps, same lacing rules. Two protections are added in amateur women's competition: the chest guard and the pelvic protector, both compulsory.
The round format differs too: professional women's bouts run two minute rounds against three for men, over a maximum of ten rounds in a world title fight against twelve. For training, nothing changes at all: 12 oz / 340 g for the bag and 14 oz / 397 g for sparring, on the same weight-based scale as anyone else.

The treatment is high contrast black and white, the very pale skin barely separating from the ground, the gloves forming the only dark mass in the image. The leather carries the marks Everlast and Supreme. Depending on the design chosen, the gloves are black, red, or replaced by a version carrying a boxer image. From 3 m / 10 ft you read a pale figure and a dark patch; from 1 m / 3 ft the texture of the leather appears.

Worth knowing: this is a nude photograph, handled in black and white on white and with nothing suggestive in the framing — but it is a nude, and that is a decision to take before hanging it: a bedroom, a dressing room or a private office rather than a room people pass through. The design selector changes neither the size nor the price. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes.
A pale figure on a white ground
Skin and ground sit at almost the same value: it is the gloves, the only dark mass, that structure the image and keep it legible from 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in. The white ground merges into a white wall — on a coloured wall a wooden frame gives the edge back. Allow 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in for a bedroom. Yes, printed plain white with no border. On a white wall the figure appears to sit on the plaster; on a coloured wall a wooden frame gives the canvas a defined edge.
Does the canvas come with a frame?
No, the canvas ships on its own, rolled in a protective tube. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes. The wooden kits are 2.5 cm / 1 in thick and come with instructions.
How do I clean a canvas print?
A dry microfibre cloth handles almost everything. For a mark that stays, use a barely damp cloth with no detergent, wiping across the surface. No abrasive sponge, no glass cleaner.
