The design
A portrait typographic composition, no illustration, on four centred lines: WORK in solid letters, HARD outlined, DREAM solid, BIG outlined, then NEVER solid and GIVE UP outlined. The alternation from one line to the next creates a rhythm the eye follows downwards.
The capitals are wide, with straight serifs, set tight against each other. Every line takes the same width: the block forms a clean rectangle, taller than it is wide.
