The design
A landscape typographic composition on three centred lines. DISCIPLINE at the top, in bold condensed capitals; BEATS in the middle, at a smaller size, framed left and right by two horizontal rules that cross the full width; MOTIVATION at the bottom, at the same size as the first line.
The two outer lines are exactly the same width, which gives the block a clean rectangular outline. The rules on the middle line extend that width and hold the composition. No ornament, no illustration.
