The essentials: a record poster: Lennox Lewis in red gloves against magenta rays, his nickname and name in large letters, and under a rule the line — 44 fights, 41 wins, 32 inside the distance. 10 sizes from 20 × 30 cm / 8 × 12 in to 110 × 160 cm / 43 × 63 in. Frame sold separately. From €19 to €109 depending on size, free standard shipping.
The only one who beat everyone who beat him
Lennox Lewis lost twice as a professional, both by knockout: to Oliver McCall in 1994 and to Hasim Rahman in 2001. Both times he demanded the rematch, and both times he won it inside the distance. That makes him one of the very few heavyweight champions to leave the sport having beaten every man who had beaten him.
He retired in 2004, at 38, as reigning champion, and never came back — also rare in this division. He had been Olympic champion at Seoul in 1988 for Canada before turning professional for Britain.
What you see
Portrait format, black ground crossed by vertical magenta rays rising from the bottom edge. The boxer is shown from the waist up, bare chested, red Everlast gloves held in guard, hair in long braids, looking straight to camera.
In the lower third: his nickname in small white capitals, his name in large magenta letters, and under a rule the statistics line in fine white type. From 3 m / 10 ft you read a name on magenta; from 1 m / 3 ft every figure can be read.

Worth knowing: magenta is the brightest of the three record posters in the collection, and it brings a clear colour into a neutral room. All three share one layout and hang as a set, 5 to 8 cm / 2 to 3 in apart. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes.
A tall poster on a stairwell wall
A portrait poster with its text at the foot is read from below, so it takes a hanging height above the usual 145 cm / 57 in and still works from a flight of stairs. Allow 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in on a landing and 70 × 100 cm / 28 × 39 in on a full stairwell wall. The size chart by wall type covers the other placements room by room.

Frequently asked questions
What was Lennox Lewis's professional record?
44 fights, 41 wins, 32 by knockout, 2 losses and 1 draw — the line printed on this canvas. He retired in 2004 as reigning heavyweight champion.
How many times did Lennox Lewis lose?
Twice, both by knockout: Oliver McCall in 1994 and Hasim Rahman in 2001. He took the rematch on both occasions and won each one inside the distance, which is why he is often described as the champion who beat everyone who beat him.
What size canvas should I hang above a sofa?
The working rule is about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, centred 145 cm / 57 in from the floor. Over a 200 cm / 79 in three-seater, that means 80 × 120 cm / 31 × 47 in; over a two-seater, 60 × 90 cm / 24 × 35 in; in a hallway, 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in. The full size chart by wall type is on the Ali vs Liston 1965 page.
Can I hang several posters from the set?
Yes. Three posters — Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson and Joe Frazier — use the same composition, band height and type. Hung 5 to 8 cm / 2 to 3 in apart, the three take about 1.30 m / 51 in of wall at 40 × 60 cm / 16 × 24 in.
Does the canvas come with a frame?
No, the canvas ships on its own, rolled in a protective tube. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes. The wooden kits are 2.5 cm / 1 in thick and come with instructions.
How do I clean a canvas print?
A dry microfibre cloth handles almost everything. For a mark that stays, use a barely damp cloth with no detergent, wiping across the surface. No abrasive sponge, no glass cleaner.
