The essentials: the phrase comes from a Fatboy Slim track released in 2013, borrowed everywhere since by swapping the third word. Four framed pictograms, TRAIN alone in white. The boxer pictogram is the only reference to the sport — without it the design would pass for general gym wear. 6 sizes from S to XXXL, European cut — take your usual size. €59, free standard shipping.
The phrase started on a dance floor
The Eat Sleep… Repeat pattern comes from 2013 and Eat Sleep Rave Repeat, a track by Fatboy Slim and Riva Starr with Beardyman, whose hook is those four words on a loop.
The construction has been borrowed everywhere since, swapping the third term. It describes a chosen loop: a routine you sign up to, where most gym slogans talk about a one-off effort.
Applied to boxing it says something true. A regular does not train in bursts of motivation, he trains on fixed days.
The artwork
A column of four framed pictograms down the left: cutlery for eat, a bed for sleep, a boxer in guard for train, a circular arrow for repeat.
To the right of each one, the matching word. TRAIN is the only one printed in solid white; EAT, SLEEP and REPEAT are in grey, deliberately faded. The hierarchy does the work: at three metres / 10 ft, TRAIN is all you read. Plain back.
The garment
Lined hood with a drawcord, front kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem. Straight cut, set-in long sleeves.

Our advice: the boxer pictogram is the only explicit reference to the sport — without it the design would read as gym wear. That is what makes it easy to wear every day. For something more direct, see the Never Give Up hoodie.

Frequently asked questions
Where does Eat Sleep Train Repeat come from?
From Eat Sleep Rave Repeat by Fatboy Slim and Riva Starr with Beardyman, released in 2013. The construction has been reused everywhere since by swapping the third word.
What size should I order?
European cut — take your usual size, with no conversion to apply. Six sizes, S to XXXL (XXXL is the same as 3XL).
Why is only one word in white?
TRAIN is printed solid, the other three in grey. It is a deliberate hierarchy: at three metres / 10 ft you read one word, and the sentence only appears close up.
What are the four pictograms?
Cutlery for eat, a bed for sleep, a boxer in guard for train, a circular arrow for repeat. Each one sits inside a ruled frame.
Does it have to be about boxing?
The boxer pictogram is the only clue. Without it the design would pass for general gym wear, which is exactly what makes it wearable outside the gym.
How do you wash a printed hoodie?
The artwork is applied by heat transfer on PET film, so it holds through the wash without flaking. Machine wash at 30 °C / 86 °F inside out, no tumble dryer, no iron on the print.
