The essentials: a poster in vintage tour shirt style: the name Gervonta Davis in large chrome letters top and bottom, framing four portraits of the boxer, on a black ground crossed by yellow lightning. 10 sizes from 20 × 30 cm / 8 × 12 in to 110 × 160 cm / 43 × 63 in. Frame sold separately. From €19 to €109 depending on size, free standard shipping.
Almost every fight ends inside the distance
Gervonta Davis was born in Baltimore and has trained since childhood at the Upton Boxing Center there. He turned professional in 2013 and became super featherweight world champion at 22.
What sets him apart is one figure: almost all his wins have come inside the distance. At lightweight and super featherweight, where fights most often go to the scorecards, that stoppage rate is an outlier — which is why he is ranked among the heaviest punchers in the lighter divisions. He has held world titles in three weight classes.
What you see
Portrait format, black ground crossed by yellow lightning behind the figures. The name is set in very large chrome effect letters top and bottom, with two short lines of small white type partly hidden behind the lettering.
Between them, four portraits of the same man overlap: two head and shoulders with arms folded, one in a guard with white gloves, one face on and bare chested. Tattoos visible across the arms and torso. From 3 m / 10 ft you read a name in chrome letters on black; from 1 m / 3 ft the four portraits separate.

Worth knowing: the black ground and the chrome lettering give the look of a tour shirt: the name carries from a distance and the rest is found by walking up to it. Like every canvas on black, it wants a light wall so its edge stays visible. In a bedroom or an office, 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in is enough for the name to read at two metres. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes.
A name that carries, four portraits that do not
The chrome letters read from 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in upwards. The four overlapping portraits need 60 × 90 cm / 24 × 35 in to separate from one another, and 90 × 130 cm / 35 × 51 in for the tattoos to appear. The size chart by wall type covers the other placements room by room.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Gervonta Davis?
An American boxer from Baltimore, professional since 2013 and world super featherweight champion at 22. He has held world titles in three weight classes and stops almost all his opponents inside the distance.
What size canvas should I hang above a sofa?
The working rule is about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, centred 145 cm / 57 in from the floor. Over a 200 cm / 79 in three-seater, that means 80 × 120 cm / 31 × 47 in; over a two-seater, 60 × 90 cm / 24 × 35 in; in a hallway, 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in. The full size chart by wall type is on the Ali vs Liston 1965 page.
How many portraits are on the canvas?
Four of the same man, overlapping between the two lines of lettering: two head and shoulders with arms folded, one in a guard with white gloves, one face on and bare chested.
What size keeps the name readable?
From 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in the chrome lettering reads at two metres; the four portraits need 60 × 90 cm / 24 × 35 in to separate from each other.
Does the canvas come with a frame?
No, the canvas ships on its own, rolled in a protective tube. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes. The wooden kits are 2.5 cm / 1 in thick and come with instructions.
How do I clean a canvas print?
A dry microfibre cloth handles almost everything. For a mark that stays, use a barely damp cloth with no detergent, wiping across the surface. No abrasive sponge, no glass cleaner.
