The essentials: Tyson in a guard, in black and white, cut out over a collage of printed pages — comic panels, headlines, pastel blocks. The wrist wrap carries the Everlast mark and a signature is reproduced across the chest. Landscape format, 10 sizes from 20 × 30 cm / 8 × 12 in to 110 × 160 cm / 43 × 63 in. Frame sold separately. From €19 to €109 depending on size, free standard shipping.
The video game that made him famous outside boxing
In September 1987 Tyson signed a two year deal with Nintendo. His name and face were added to a boxing game already in development, which came out that year as Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! on the home console. He appears as the final opponent, and the game sold in the millions.
For a whole generation who had never watched one of his fights, that was how the name arrived: pixel art, a theme tune, and a last boss nobody could beat. The contract was not renewed after the 1990 defeat, and later re-releases dropped his name from the title.
What you see
Landscape format. The boxer fills the right half, framed from the thighs up, in a high guard, white wraps at the wrists, one of them carrying the Everlast mark in capitals. The figure is treated in high contrast black and white, cut out as though glued onto the ground. A reproduced handwritten signature crosses his chest.
Behind him, a collage of printed pages: comic panels, fragments of headlines, numbers, blocks of pink, yellow, blue and turquoise, with black lines scratched over the top. From 3 m / 10 ft you read a dark figure on a light mosaic; from 1 m / 3 ft the panels and the words separate.

Worth knowing: the contrast between a strictly black and white subject and a pastel ground makes this the easiest Tyson canvas to place in a light or already colourful room. From 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in the collage panels read at two metres. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes.
A landscape collage sits over furniture
The horizontal crop asks for width — a console, a desk, a bench or a sofa. The collage needs surface to give up its detail: allow 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in for the panels to read at two metres, and 80 × 120 cm / 31 × 47 in over a three-seater. The size chart by wall type covers the other placements room by room.

Frequently asked questions
Did Mike Tyson have his own video game?
Yes. Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! came out on the home console in 1987 under a two year licence, with Tyson as the final opponent. The deal was not renewed after his 1990 defeat, and later versions were released without his name.
What size canvas should I hang above a sofa?
The working rule is about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it, centred 145 cm / 57 in from the floor. Over a 200 cm / 79 in three-seater, that means 80 × 120 cm / 31 × 47 in; over a two-seater, 60 × 90 cm / 24 × 35 in; in a hallway, 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in. The full size chart by wall type is on the Ali vs Liston 1965 page.
Is the boxer in colour on this canvas?
No: the figure is high contrast black and white, cut out, with all the colour left to the collage around it. That contrast is what holds the composition together and what makes the piece easy to place in a room that already has colour in it.
At what size does the collage become readable?
From 50 × 70 cm / 20 × 28 in the panels and headline fragments read at two metres; below 30 × 45 cm / 12 × 18 in the ground works as texture behind the figure.
Does the canvas come with a frame?
No, the canvas ships on its own, rolled in a protective tube. Frames are sold separately: wooden frame up to 100 cm / 39 in per side, XXL wooden frame from 110 to 200 cm / 43 to 79 in, or aluminium frame in 8 finishes. The wooden kits are 2.5 cm / 1 in thick and come with instructions.
How do I clean a canvas print?
A dry microfibre cloth handles almost everything. For a mark that stays, use a barely damp cloth with no detergent, wiping across the surface. No abrasive sponge, no glass cleaner.
