Demountable boxing ring

- Regular price€3.290,00

Key facts: the demountable floor boxing ring is free-standing. Its galvanised steel structure — a floor frame tied to the corner posts and the ropes — holds on its own, with no drilling and no fixings. It goes up and comes down in minutes. Four sizes: 4×4, 5×5, 6×6 and 7×7 m / 13 ft 1 in to 23 ft outer footprint, giving 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 and 6×6 m fighting areas between the ropes — larger on request. Complete set: steel structure, 4 slot-together posts, 4 ropes, 8 velcro rope spacers, 4 corner pads, 16 turnbuckles, instructions and assembly drawing. Made to order in 2 to 3 weeks, custom colours and logo, 10-year structural warranty, standard delivery included. From €3,290.
The demountable floor ring sits on a steel frame laid on the floor, which links the four corner posts and takes the rope tension on its own: a free-standing boxing ring. No screws, no anchors, nothing drilled into the floor or the walls. You set it down, you tension it, you box — and you can take it apart or move it whenever you want.
The set arrives complete and ready to build: the full galvanised steel structure, four slot-together corner posts, four ropes, eight leatherette rope spacers with velcro closures, four padded corner pads, sixteen turnbuckles with their covers, the fitting instructions and the assembly drawing. Assembly takes 5 to 10 minutes with two people.
Why choose a demountable floor ring?
It gives the stability of a full ring without immobilising anything. The free-standing structure needs no fixing at all: right for a multi-purpose hall, a leased unit, a space that has to be given back between sessions, or a club that wants to be able to move its ring. It is also the answer for a floor that cannot be drilled.
The galvanised steel frame is what makes that possible: it rings the surface and carries the tension of all four ropes by itself. For a space given over to boxing permanently where drilling is an option, the fixed floor ring sits straight on four base plates, with no perimeter frame. With a corner formed by two load-bearing walls, the wall-mounted ring comes down to a single floor post.
- Free-standing, no drilling: nothing fixed to the floor or the walls.
- Assembly in 5 to 10 minutes, with two people.
- Movable and storable: built up and taken down as often as you like.
- Rust-proof galvanised steel, made to order in your colours.
Sizes available
Four standard outer sizes, from beginner format to competition format:
- 4 × 4 m / 13 ft 1 in ring — 3 × 3 m / 9 ft 10 in fighting area between the ropes.
- 5 × 5 m / 16 ft 5 in ring — 4 × 4 m / 13 ft 1 in fighting area between the ropes.
- 6 × 6 m / 19 ft 8 in ring — 5 × 5 m / 16 ft 5 in fighting area between the ropes.
- 7 × 7 m / 23 ft ring — 6 × 6 m / 19 ft 8 in fighting area between the ropes.
- Larger sizes on request at info@esprit-boxe.com.
The size quoted is the outer footprint of the floor frame; the fighting area between the ropes is set back 50 cm / 19.7 in on each side, so 1 m / 3 ft 3 in less overall. Allow a circulation margin around the ring on top of that. As a working guide, 4 × 4 m suits beginners and tight spaces, 5 × 5 m and 6 × 6 m cover club training and sparring, and 7 × 7 m matches competition formats.
How much floor space do you need?
The quoted size is the outer footprint of the frame laid on the floor; the fighting area between the ropes is set back 50 cm / 19.7 in on each side, so 1 m / 3 ft 3 in less overall. Add 1 m / 3 ft 3 in of clearance all round for circulation: a 6 × 6 m ring — 5 × 5 m between the ropes — needs 8 × 8 m / 26 ft 3 in square of free floor, and a 7 × 7 m ring needs 9 × 9 m / 29 ft 6 in square. The floor has to be level and carry the weight of the frame, nothing more: no anchoring, no drilling. Ceiling height does not come into it, since the ring stays at floor level.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to drill the floor?
No. The steel frame laid on the floor takes the rope tension on its own, so nothing is fixed to the floor or the walls. That is what makes this ring the answer for a floor that cannot be drilled or a leased unit.
How long does assembly take, and how many people?
5 to 10 minutes with two people, thanks to the slot-together posts and structure. Taking it down is just as quick, which is what makes the ring practical in a shared hall.
What is the difference between a demountable and a fixed floor ring?
The demountable ring is free-standing on a steel frame: no fixings, and it can be moved and stored. The fixed floor ring bolts to the floor through the base plates of its posts and stays there, the anchors carrying the loads into the slab.
What size ring should I choose?
4 × 4 m / 13 ft 1 in for beginners and tight spaces, 5 × 5 m and 6 × 6 m for club training and sparring, 7 × 7 m / 23 ft for competition formats. The area between the ropes is set back 50 cm / 19.7 in on each side, so 1 m / 3 ft 3 in less than the quoted footprint.
Can it be branded with our club colours?
Yes, and it is included. You choose the leatherette colour and design for the ropes, turnbuckles, rope spacers and corner pads, and your club logo can be printed directly onto the Flexi-Roll surface.
Are delivery and assembly included?
Standard delivery is included and goes by lorry, so the site must be accessible to heavy goods vehicles. Assembly is carried out by the customer, with the fitting instructions and assembly drawing supplied.
