What the photograph will not tell you: this model is gold from the leather to the plates, with no colour contrast. It reads through relief and stones rather than through blocks of colour: from 3 m / 10 ft you see a gold mass and the silver W; from 1 m / 3 ft the plate texture, the strap motifs and the medallion text appear.
